Kiwifruit Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c honey (pure)
1/3 c oil (vegetable)
1 pc egg (regular-sized)
1.5 c flour (whole wheat)
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 c of raisins
1/4 tsp cloves; ground
1 c of walnuts; chopped
1 c of kiwi fruit pulp
Instructions:
Sift whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt & spices. Combine the honey, egg and oil, mix well and blend to flour mixture. Gradually add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased pans then bake in over set at around 350 degrees F in about forty to forty five minutes. Set aside and let it cool before serving.
