Chicken-Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of cooked chicken; sliced in chunky bite-size pcs
3/4 c of red grapes; seeded & halved
3/4 c of chopped celery
20 ounces of canned chunks of pineapples w/ juice; drained
1/8 tsp of salt
1/4 c of chopped pecans
11 ounces of canned oranges (Mandarin); drained
1/4 c of dressing (salad)
Leaves of lettuce
Instructions:
Toss lightly the chicken, grapes, celery, oranges, pineapples & 3 Tbsps of pecans. Mix gently salad-dressing & salt w/ chicken mix then chill.
Mound on leaves of lettuce then garnish w/ extra pecans.
