Buttermilk Fruit Sherbet Recipe
Ingredients:
A pint of unsweetened blueberries (frozen)
Honey/Any other sweetener
1/2 c of buttermilk
Instructions:
Combine 1/2 butter milk and berries in processor w/ steel cutting blade. Pulse ’till blueberries are chopped coarsely. Stir using spoon.
Have it covered & process while adding rest of buttermilk gradually through an opening in the processor’s cover. Remove cover & redistribute the fruit.
Cover & pulse again ’til mixture becomes smooth & appears like a soft ice-cream. Add honey/or other sweetener by drops if necessary.

Caribbean Fruit Shake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 c of orange-flavored juice
Cubes of ice (optional)
1 Tbsp of grenadine-syrup
1/2 c of pineapple-flavored juice
Instructions:
Peel the banana then slice into smaller pieces. You place inside your blender. Pour juices in and grenadine-syrup, blend it for 30 secs or ’til smoothened.
Add cubes of ices then continue blending for one more minute or ’til frothy and creamy.

1 tsp of vanilla
Sweetener
1/2 c of fruit (frozen)
Instructions:
Slice fruits into small chunks. Combine all of the ingredients in blender. Blend thoroughly then pour into serving glasses.

Old Fashioned Fruit Punch Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c of tea (cold)
4 c of juice (orange)
4 pcs of lemons; juiced
4 pcs of oranges; sliced thinly
2 c of sugar (to taste)
12 c of ginger ale
Mint bunch (fresh)
4 c of soda water/sparkling water
Instructions:
Combine juices, tea, sugar, and slices of oranges; stir thoroughly till sugar has dissolved. Place inside the refrigerator till chilled. Add soda water and (ginger) ale then serve. Garnish mint leaves.

Margaritas De Toronja (Grapefruit Margaritas) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc grapefruit; slice & cut to 1/4th sizes
6 ozs tequila
3/4 c grapefruit (juice)
2 ozs triple sec
Salt
2 c crushed ice
Instructions:
Prepare drink glasses by moistening the rims with sliced grapefruit. In a mound of salt, roll the rims and make sure that edges are coated.
Mix grapefruit and the rest of the ingredients in a blender and process til smooth. Then, pour in glasses and serve with grapefruit slice on the edge.

Fruit Medley Punch Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Della Robbia ice-ring
3 c of chilled nectar (apricot)
20 ounces of strawberries (frozen)
3 c of ice water
6 ounces of frozen juice (orange); thawed
1 c of juice from lemon
A bottle of chilled ginger-ale (6 ounces)
1 c of sugar
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients, mix thoroughly. Add the ice-ring then serve immediately.

Libby’s Fruit Drink Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc banana (frozen)
1/2 papaya (fresh)
10 – 12 pcs of raspberries (frozen or fresh)
1/2 c water (or you can substitute with fruit juice)
1 Tbsp wheat germ; toast (optional)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a blend and process for thirty to forty five seconds.

Mango Fruit Parfait Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of mangoes; cut in cubes
1/4 c juice (freshly squeezed oranges)
24 pcs of hulled strawberries; slice & leave 4 pcs whole
1 c kiwi fruit; peel and slice
12 raspberries (red)
Instructions:
Puree mangoes with juice (orange) using a food processor til very smooth. Thinly slice twenty strawberries (leave 4 pcs whole) and line four wineglasses using strawberries slices.
Pour in layers of puree, covering the lined fruits. Fill in the glass using the remaining puree, and top with sliced kiwi, strawberries (whole) and the red raspberries.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes then serve iced cold.
