Pina Colada Fruit Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of pineapple (crushed, canned, w/ juice)
3-1/2 oz of instant pudding mix (coconut)
3/4 c of milk (whole)
1/2 c of sour cream (dairy)
Instructions:
Place pineapple with the juice inside the processor. Add pudding mix, milk, and sour cream; process till smooth. Transfer on a container and refrigerate overnight. Serve together with (fresh) fruit.

Freddi’s Fruit Cocktail Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c of sugar
A watermelon; evenly cut in small balls
A can of frozen juice (orange, 6 ounces)
2 chunked melons (Crenshaw)
3 pounds of peaches; chunked
2 qts of water
2 chunked cantaloupes
A can of lemonade (frozen, 6 ounces)
3 pound of grapes (green)
1 pound of fresh blueberries
Instructions:
Boil water and sugar in saucepan, stir constantly. Add the frozen juices.
Mix all fruits in separate bowl, blend ’til distributed well. Place the mixed fruits in 12 (1-pint) containers, leave 1/2 inch space .
Pour the heated syrup all over your fruit mix. Blend thoroughly then store in freezer.
