Cabbage Fruit Salad With Sour Cream Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c of shredded raw cabbage
1 Tbsp of lemon-flavored juice plus 1 & 1/2 tsp
1/4 c of pineapple-flavored juice
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 c of sourcream
1/2 c of raisins
1 Tbsp of sugar
1 medium unpeeled apple; diced

Instructions:

Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of extracted juice from lemon to avoid discoloring of apples. Toss apples, cabbage & raisins together.

Mix juices, sugar and salt. Add your sourcream and stir ’til smooth. Have this added into salad then chill.
