Low Calory Choose-A-Fruit Ice Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 c of fresh sections of orange
1.5 c of fresh strawberries or raspberries
1/3 c of sugar
2 Tbsps juice from a lemon
1 c of warmed water
Instructions:
Stir sugar in warmed water ’til well dissolved. Combine fruits, juice and sugar mix in blender. Cover then blend ’til mixture becomes smooth.
You poor the mixture into 9×5x3-inch loaf-shaped pan. Have it covered and place in the freezer for 4-5 hrs ’til firm.
You transfer frozen mix into large bowl that have been chilled. Beat using your mixer set on mid-speed for about 2 mins ’til fluffy.
You return the fruit-mix into loaf-shaped pan. Have it covered and frozen for about 6 hrs.
Let your frozen fruits stand for 20 mins at room-temp before you serve. You use an icecream scoop in scraping fruits. Garnish w/ berries or sprigs as desired.

Lemon Dressing For Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 c of lemonade (or limeade)
1/4 c oil (vegetable)
1 tsp poppy seeds
2 Tbsp of honey
1/3 c wine (dry, white)
A fruit salad
Instructions:
Combine ingredients (except fruit salad) and beat well using a mixer.

Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 c of vanilla-wafer crumbs
1/2 c of melted butter
1/3 c of cocoa (Hershey’s) plus 3 Tbsps
1/3 c of fine sugar

1 Tbsp of milk
3 nectarines or peaches; peeled & sliced
1 tsp of extract (vanilla)
1 c of blueberries
2 c of halved strawberries
1 banana (medium); sliced

Instructions:
Choco-Crumb Crust: Grease a 12 inch pizza baking pan. Stir cocoa, fine sugar and crumbs in the bowl. Add softened butter. Tightly press into sides and bottom of greased pan. Thoroughly chill.
Beat sugar & creamcheese in the bowl. You then add vanilla, cocoa & milk. Beat ’til well-blended and smooth. Spread this mixture all over the crust. Have it refrigerated ’til creamcheese mixture gets chilled.
You arrange the fruits on creamcheese mixture, from outer part towards the center ’til surface is fully covered. Have it heated ’til thin then slightly cool.
Spoon the fruits over then refrigerate it for 1-2 hrs prior to serving. Slice into thin wedges prior to serving.

Kiwifruit Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of water
4 pcs of pared kiwi fruit
1/2 c of sugar (refined)
1/2 c of syrup (light corn will do)
5 Tbsps of lemon juice
1/4 tsp of lemon rind
Instructions:
Mix in a saucepan water, syrup and the sugar then over low heat, cook while constantly stirring for about two minutes. Add pureed kiwi, the lemon (juice), rind and mix well.
Freeze in a metal container mixture for about an hour. When mixture becomes firm (but not frozen), transfer to a mixing bowl then beat (with a mixer) until fluffy and light.
Freeze mix for two hours (or more) and scoop to serve.

Ingredients:
2/3 c of butter (unsalted)
4 Tbsps of cocoa powder
1/2 c of sugar replacer (Fruit Sweet)
2 pcs of eggs (large)
2/3 c of flour
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking powder (Calumet)
1/2 c of chopped nuts
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 325 degrees F. Coat with nonstick cooking spray on a 9-inch square baking pan.
Combine cocoa powder, butter, and sugar replacer; blend thoroughly then add eggs individually while beating continuously. Add Calumet, salt, and flour; mix thoroughly. Fold the chopped nuts into batter.
Pour onto the prepared pan. Bake for 15-20 mins.

1 medium-sized peeled avocado
1 thinly-sliced small onion (red)
1 medium-sized grapefruit (pink)

Mixed canned Fruit Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
3 lbs of peaches (ripe but firm)
3 lbs of pears; peeled, halved, and cored
1-1/2 lbs of seedless grapes (green, slightly under ripe); stemmed and rinsed
10 ozs of cherries (Maraschino, jarred)
3 c of sugar (refined)
4 c of water
Instructions:
Place the grapes on an ascorbic-acid solution. Dip the peaches, by batches, inside (boiling) water at about a minute and a half to let the skins loosen then dip inside (cold) water then slip the skins off.
Cut them into half then remove the pits and cut to half inch cubes; place in the solution along with the grapes. Cut the pears into half inch cubes then place in the solution along with the peaches and grapes.
Combine water with sugar inside a medium saucepan; let it boil and set aside. Drain the fruits. Place half cup warm syrup onto a jar or more.
Add some cherries then fill with the mixed fruits. Add syrup and leave half inch of space above. Adjust the lids; process in “boiling water” canner.

Almond-Snow Fruit Boats Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of apple (unpeeled); sliced thinly
3 pcs of banana (ripe); peeled and sliced thinly
3 pcs of pear (unpeeled); sliced thinly
2 pcs of pineapple (fresh)
2 pcs of strawberry; sliced into halves
1-1/2 lbs of grape (firm); halved and seeded
2 c of kumquat
1-1/2 c of whipping cream
1-1/2 c of sifted confectioner’s sugar
4 tsps of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of almond extract
8 c of ice; crushed finely
3/4 c of toasted almonds; slivered
1/4 c of kirsch

Instructions:
Sprinkle (fresh lemon) juice on pears, bananas, and apples. Cut the pineapples into half and scoop out the flesh, leaving it hollow. Save the shell and the juice, discard the core.
Slice and cut the pineapple to cubes, 1/4 inch; transfer onto a mixing bowl then add the fruits. Toss them gently and cover. Place inside the refrigerator for 2 hrs.

Blend, confectioner, extracts, and cream inside a bowl. Slowly fold ice into the mixture till creamy.
Add the nuts, saved juice from pineapple, kirsch, and (orange) juice. Spoon the chilled fruits onto the shells of the pineapple and place ice cream on top. Serve at once.

Ingredients:
2 c of mangoes; cut in cubes
1/4 c juice (freshly squeezed oranges)
24 pcs of hulled strawberries; slice & leave 4 pcs whole
1 c kiwi fruit; peel and slice
12 raspberries (red)
Instructions:
Puree mangoes with juice (orange) using a food processor til very smooth. Thinly slice twenty strawberries (leave 4 pcs whole) and line four wineglasses using strawberries slices.
Pour in layers of puree, covering the lined fruits. Fill in the glass using the remaining puree, and top with sliced kiwi, strawberries (whole) and the red raspberries.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes then serve iced cold.

Ingredients:
2 c flour (all purpose)
1 Tbsp baking powder
3 pcs of kiwi fruit; peel & chop finely
1 tsp baking soda

Instructions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and sift. Add in the sugar, mix well then add the kiwi fruit.

2 c of rolled oats
3/4 tsp of baking soda (Arm & Hammer)

1/2 c of buttermilk
Instructions:

15-1/4 oz of unsweetened pineapple (crushed, canned, undrained)
4 c of flour

Cooking spray (vegetable)
Instructions:
Combine sugar, eggs, and shortening; beat thoroughly for two mins till smooth and creamy.
Add cherries, saved juice from cherries, prunes, saved syrup from prunes, walnuts, whiskey, crushed pineapple, and its juice; stir thoroughly.
Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, cloves, and salt; mix them well and add onto the creamy fruit mixture. Mix them well.
Transfer the batter onto a 10-inch Bundt pan (coated w/ cooking spray). Bake inside the oven at 350 degrees F for one hr and fifteen mins.

Combine juices, water, cornstarch, sugar and salt. Cook mixture over mid-heat until boiling. Continue cooking ’til thick. Completely cool.
You spread the dough into greased pizza-pan. Bake it for about 10 mins at three hundred degrees Fahrenheit. Cool thoroughly.

1-1/4 c of sugar (brown)
4 pcs of eggs
3/4 c of butter
3 c of flour (all purpose)

For the Streusel:
1/2 c of sugar (brown)
2 Tbsps of butter
1/2 tsp of nutmeg (ground)
2 Tbsps of sugar (refined)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Beat the butter inside a mixing bowl till fluffy and creamy. Slowly add sugar, while beating continuously, till fluffy and light.
Add the eggs individually, while beating continuously.
Add vanilla and lemon zest; stir thoroughly.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt; blend thoroughly and alternately add with the sour cream onto the mixture of egg. Mix them thoroughly and fold the dried fruits onto the mixture.
Combine the sugars, butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg inside the bowl; cut the mixture till it resembles crumbs. Spoon 1/3 of batter onto the (greased and floured) 10 inch Bundt pan.
Spread evenly then sprinkle half of streusel mixture. Repeat the layering and finishing with batter. Bake inside preheated oven for 55 to 60 mins.
Allow cake to cool inside the pan for 15 mins. Take out from the pan then allow to be completely cooled on the rack. Store (at room temperature), covered at 5 days at most.

1 c of any fruit flavored juice
1/4 c sugar
2 tsps of cornstarch
A pinch of cream-of-tartar
1 Tbsp of lemon-flavored juice

Ingredients:
4 chicken breast broiler halves; skinned & deboned
1/3 c of Bavarian mustard
1/2 c of Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp of pepper
4 peeled & sliced kiwi

Instructions:
Mix different type of mustards together, including your cream and honey. Place one-half mustard mixture into large bowl. Set aside remaining half.
Sprinkle your chicken w/ pepper and salt, turn and coat w/ mustard mix. Refrigerate the large bowl w/ chicken & mustard mixture. Marinate it for about 30 mins, turn often.
Melt margarine in frying pan placed over mid-heat ’til it turns foamy. You add chicken-cuts in & cook for 7 mins, turn to brown each side.
Transfer cooked chicken into slicing board, then slice across the grain thinly. Arrange these slices & your fruits in serving plates.
In small-sized saucepan, you place reserved mustard-mix, whisk in mayonnaise carefully into mixture. Heat it thoroughly and then you drizzle it all over your chicken cuts.
Serve w/ remaining of sauce. Garnish w/ parsley.

Ingredients:
2 pounds of lean beef (ground)
1 medium chopped pepper (green)
1 large onion; chopped
2 Tbsps of oil
2 eggs (large)
1 c of milk
1 slice of whole-wheat bread
2 Tbsps of curry seasoning
1 c of chopped dry apricots
1 chopped large apple
1 tsp of salt

Instructions:
In frying pan, cook the green-peppers and onion in heated oil ’til onions turn transparent. You add the beef & lightly brown. Drain the drippings off.
Soak the bread fully in 1 c milk. Then add the apple, eggs, seasoning and apricots into cooked beef then, add your milk-bread mixture, blend thoroughly. Transfer into 2-quart ovenproof dish.
