Ambrosia Fruit Recipe
Ingredients:
Canned pineapple (chunks, light syrup)
1/4 c of sugar (brown)
1/2 tsp of orange zest; grated
1 Tbsp of coconut
2 pcs of oranges (medium)
2 pcs of apples (medium, unpeeled); diced
Instructions:
Drain the pineapple and save a quarter cup of juice into the saucepan, place the pineapple on the side. Add orange zest and sugar; heat till sugar has dissolved.
Peel then section the oranges onto a bowl; save its juice if any. Add pineapples and apples. Add in the mixture of juice; stir it gently.
Place inside the refrigerator. Serve chilled and sprinkle coconut on top.
